Submit a Complaint or Feedback

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours.

Our Complaints Process

  1. Acknowledge: We confirm receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
  2. Investigate: We review all relevant information and may contact you for more details.
  3. Respond: We aim to provide a formal response within 10 working days.
  4. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
